How To Get Diamonds In PETS GO!
Okay first we’ll talk about what Diamonds are, then we’ll go into how to get some.
About Diamonds
Diamonds are a special currency in PETS GO! that you can use in the Trading Plaza. You can use Diamonds to buy pets that other users are selling. If there’s a pet you seriously want but haven’t had the luck to roll it, Diamonds might help you get your hands on it without waiting for the lucky roll.
How To Get Diamonds
There are two ways to get Diamonds in-game right now.
Robux
Let’s get the boring one out of the way. You can exchange Robux for Diamonds in the Special Shop, which you access through the shopping basket icon on the left of your screen. The exchange rate is 1 Robuck for 1000 Gems, though the smallest amount you can buy is 125,000 for 125 Robux.
Trading
Now onto the more interesting one, trading you unwanted pets. This is a little more complicated, so let’s lay it out in steps.
- To trade your pets, you need to unlock the Trading, Trading Plaza and Trading Booth upgrades with coins.
- Once you have those, head through the big gate in the main area to reach the Trading Plaza.
- Find an unoccupied trading booth and hit E to claim it.
- Once it’s set up, interact with the booth, it should let you list pets on the booth. You can choose how many Diamonds you want the pet to cost. Just keep in mind, other players are shopping for these pets, so if you ask for too much, they might not be interested!
- If you leave the Trading Plaza, your stall will disappear, you have to stay in the Plaza to sell, and you can’t roll for new pets there. On the bright side, the listings on the stall will save, so when you open back up you don’t have to make the listings again.
