Xbox gets over 1300 retro games with “biggest content drop in history”

Xbox gets “the biggest content drop in Xbox history” with Antstream Arcade’s catalog, which will also make many PS1 and Nintendo games playable on Xbox too.

The Antstream Arcade catalog of retro games from the 80s, 90s, and 00s will be available for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on 21 July, and is available to preorder now.

Antstream Arcade is a cloud gaming streaming service with “the world’s largest official retro gaming catalog of games” and brings over 1,300 retro games to Xbox such as Pac-Man and Metal Slug. “The platform supports instant cloud game saves, online high scores and resume play features across multiple devices.”

You can preorder Antstream Arcade from today on the Microsoft Store — a year’s subscription costs $29.99/£29.99 while a Lifetime Pass Edition is up for $79.99/£79.99.
