Monitor websites

Do your research. Find out the online stores that stock Wii’s such as Amazon.com and bookmark them on your browser. Monitor them at least once a day to see if they have a new shipment in. Also, try to get news of when websites are expecting shipments. You will have to be quick here. It is rumored that one recent shipment of Wii’s at Amazon sold out in ten minutes.

Check local stores

Find out which stores stock Wii’s in your local area. Visit them and see if you can find a friendly assistant or manager who can tell you when a new shipment may be coming in. If you are lucky, you might be able to get some valuable information and beat the crowds on the ‘big day’. If you do get a date, get to the store early. At least two hours before opening time is recommended.
